Who we are
Here's the deal, Victory Christian Fellowship (as we like to call ourselves just "Victory") cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. Victory is a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same freedom. In a church our size, it's not easy to just be another face in the congregation. Because of that, we’re a church of small groups, or as we call them, Ministry Groups. We have groups that meet every Wednesday for Bible study and prayer, every first Saturday of the month, and a Praise Team that meets every Friday, and more.
Where we come from
Victory was started in 1990 by Pastor Kayode Ajimatanrareje Sr & his wife. It started as a Bible Study in a garage of a family family friend. Then grew into Sunday services. Victory was hosted by American Indian Baptist Church in Oakland, CA for many years before purchasing their first building in 2002.
Where we're headed
What's the bottom line? More than ever, Victory is committed to fostering a family built around hope. Hope for the future. Hope for better. Hope for progress. Hope in Jesus. And as we move forward as a church family, inclusion and belonging remain at the center of who we are as followers of Christ.
